JTS01:
The Firecron Controller device, Executes the manufacturing tests or indeed any test defined by the used, which is stored in Flash. In conjunction with the system processor the JTS01 can execute any and all factory derived tests. From the Factory to the field it can analysis the results and report back the failing condition, again via the main host processor. The JTS01 can also be used to update FPGA’s, PLD’s Flash or indeed any Memory in the field via Boundary scan

JTS02:    
The sequencer device allows the execution of full factory tests without processor control. The JTS02 acts like a B.I.S.T engine and will delivery a Pass or Fail condition for any card independent of any Host process being active. The JTS02 is idea for executing the full set of factory tests anywhere as part of  system B.I.T or under and P.O.R or reset condition

JTS03:    
 
The JTS03 Gateway device supports the IEEE1149.1 protocol this allows chain partitioning (max of 3  LSP’s) both at the board as well as the system level. The JTS03 allows the user to select deselect on concatenate and JTAG (LSP) under software control, the   device also has a number of unique features to support system level integration. It also supports many third party tools, allowing the user full flexibility for system or board level diagnostics and debug.
